Description: Calypso hybridises a loveseat with a traditional chaise longue. It is designed to provide it’s user with cocoon-like personal space within the home and to inspire conversation and intimacy between couples. Calypso offers five ergonomically correct relaxed seating positions. Fibreglass, wool felt and stainless steel. Produced using in-house and local industries. Part of the 11.12 collection designed for exhibition at FORM. Design and make Jon Goulder and associates at Midland Atelier 2008.
